"My husband & I stayed at the Belltown Inn just for one night, before leaving on a cruise the following day. We arrived around 11am and were more than prepared to check our luggage in and kill time before checking in. Melba was the front desk staff that was more than helpful. She allowed us to check in early at no extra cost (we were beyond excited after a long morning of traveling!). Melba was very friendly, but most of all she was very informative. She let us know all the amenities that the hotel had to offer such as the bikes (for free to use), the coffee in the lounge, and the rooftop patio. Melba also inquired about our travel plans in which we said we were going on a cruise. She let us know about the shuttle service that she could arrange for us to get to the port. I feel that she went above and beyond anything I have experienced at any hotel. We would definitely go back not only for the hotel, but how friendly and helpful the front staff was."
