There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. "

When I let them know our TV and microwave stopped working and has extended our stay, they did our best to find us another room right away so we did not have to wait to “recheck in.” The gym and pool were small but very clean and functioning well.
