Konteka was frequently visited by us, very cool to see the black bears out back while enjoying a meal and cocktails there. "My brother and his family came up to the Lake Gogebic area and I needed a pet friendly place to stay. So close to so many waterfalls in the area as well as Porcupine Mountain State Park. "We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was central to everything we wanted to do. The rear deck has comfortable furniture with a lovely view. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out there each evening - the only sound was the birds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in.
