"House was clean, hot tub was clean. As listed although needs updated outside photos. Location was good for our interests. Kitchen was remodeled but needs attention to utensils and dishes. The swing over looking the field and mountains was nice."

"Clean home. Off of main road through Sylva to Cullowhee which if you sat outdside you here a lot of road noise Only things I would recommend would be a mattress pad for bed."
