The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions...

"This was definitely not two bedrooms. There was what should’ve been a walk-in closet off of the bedroom, but it had no windows and no ventilation. There was a bed in it, but it did not have a separate entrance and would’ve been really claustrophobic. There were no top sheets on the bed. There were roaches. What was advertised to be a place to eat was a thin table with stools that was flush against the wall with the television on it Inadequate kitchen. I could go on and on Grossly...
