He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was that George remembered me when I walked in again later, a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. He also introduced me to the Hyatt rewards program with an excellent and well-explained upsell that made joining an easy decision. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short distance from Universal Studios, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was also a highlight.
