"I found the room to be large and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. However, I found it unusual that there wasn’t a towel rack in the bathroom. I had to leave my towels and washcloth on top of the sink. Also, the water in the sink went down, very slowly pushing."

"The unit we were at, electronic door was not easy to open, always frustrated to open and also the whole week we lived without any potential service for our towels or trush, so we had to do clean and maintain by ourselves. It is a self-service hotel and especially I tried to contact the hotel team after I checked in, nobody reply-- only before check-in and before Check out, they will contact customers."
