FREE Wi-Fi access to the Internet, but you will need to bring your own internet ready device (phone, computer, tablet). We have WIFI and cable TV installed in our condo. Password will be provided before check in.

Also, after reading some of our wonderful reviews, we have done some updating during the offseason. Several rooms have been repainted. We have installed an electronic keypad on the door (so no more keys needed!) We also installed some new doors, all new wood floors, and stainless steel appliances!!

We have replaced the second bedroom mattress with a queen size double pillow top mattress for your sleeping pleasure!

You've just found the most desirable condo complex at the Lake of the Ozarks! Beautifully furnished two bedroom / TWO FULL baths located off Highway HH, just past the Lodge Of The Four Seasons (12 mile marker by water). Feed the ducks from your private deck because you're only five feet from the water!

Take a romantic moonlight stroll around the 2,200 feet of property shore line via the lighted pathway. During your stay at this condo unit, there are only three small steps up as you as you 'come and go' from my unit. -- a flat level walk as you carry in luggage and coolers!

Southwood Shores is a gated community boasting an indoor heated pool; indoor hot tubs; and one the LARGEST OUTDOOR POOLS at the lake (all OPEN until midnight). Boat launching ramp; children's play ground; and a swim platform on the lake. 24 hour security on site.

The unit is fully furnished with QUEEN SIZE BED's in the master and guest bedrooms. There is also a fold out sleeper in the living room that can sleep two more people comfortably.The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy. Your covered sundeck is three stories up with a GREAT western (SUNSET) view of both the cove and main channel. From the parking lot, there are only a few small steps as you come and go from my condo.

Southwood Shores is only five minutes from exquisite dinning at the Blue Herron, HK's, and Andre's restaurants; the TOAD COMPLEX (several restaurants and dance clubs); five minutes from championship GOLF COURSES @ the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 10 minutes from the Osage Village OUTLET MALL (115 stores).

** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. You can smoke on the sundeck or other OUTDOOR public areas.
