"The staff were so professional and lovely. Breakfast was great, an excellent value and one of the better free hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Canada. The rooms are a little small but very modern and clean. The beds are medium soft, but comfortable enough. The location is incredible - within 15 min of all major attractions on foot and minutes from John St bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back."

"The breakfast had many selections, including options for those with dietary restrictions. Loved to see chia pudding each morning (made with oatmilk). The hotel lobby was in the midst of renovations so that is where they lost one star in appearance."

"The room that I requested was supposed to have a king bed, but it had a double. The man told me when I checked in that I could have my car parked until the following day up until 8 PM but when I checked out this morning, the lady was going to charge me extra until I told her that I was told otherwise."

"Our room was clean, breakfast was decent and the staff, other than our shuttle driver from the airport, were good. Our first impression of the hotel was the airport shuttle pickup. The young lady was rude, lazy and drove erratically. Speeding, slamming on the brakes, yelling at other drivers, and nearly feeling like we were about to get into an accident. She didn’t help us with our bags, but even the elderly people on the van and yelled when we tried to open and close the sliding door. She needs a talking to by management. Other than that, the hotel is looking dated and the noise in the hallway was unbelievably loud. The hallways stunk of grease and foods. The carpets and flooring are old. The beds were agreeable, but wouldn’t stay again. "

"The hotel entrance is not easily visible from the street. Check in was easy, and staff very nice. We appreciated the complimentary parking, which is located across the street. Location is near the marina and there are several very nice restaurants within walking distance. There are also paths to walk and view the waterfront. We booked a one bedroom suite. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. "
