"Room was filthy. Many nefarious people wandering around the halls and elevators later at night. Staff warned us not to leave anything of value in our vehicles."

"Handicap accessible rooms should not be in the back of the hotel, having to park on a hill, and on an incline to walk into side door to get to the room."

"A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I woke disoriented, called the front desk, no answer, walked out to hallway where a few other guests gathered, afraid to take stairwell down to lobby from 4th floor, eventually took elevator and when I arrived to lobby firemen were roaming around, reported 'all clear' so we returned to our rooms. No word at checkout from hotel staff (apology, inconvience, how was stay?) I don't think I will stay beyond 1st floor at any roadside travel hotel. The hotel was clean but noisy."

"We always stay at higher end hotels, but found ourselves unable to find a room due to move out/graduation at the university. We were really nervous about staying here, but were so pleasantly surprised. It was honestly cleaner than a lot of the more expensive hotels! We didn’t even find a stray hair in the bathroom. It had several in room amenities. We were also nervous leaving our fully packed car overnight, but the parking lot was well lit and we had no trouble with anyone trying to break in. I have heard horror stories of cars being robbed in hotel parking lots during college move in/out. The area seemed nice as well. We would definitely stay again."
