"I’m a fan a hotels with character, and this one does it! Right off the bat, you can tell it’s an older hotel that could use some repairs, but the building has lived a full life with many stories. Oh, if those walls could talk! I’m not taking off stars because it’s an older property. I knew that going in. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and just great. I’m also a sucker for a “free” breakfast."

"Hotel is beautiful, room is great size, beds were comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and tasted good, evening meal one night was mashed potatoes with steamed vegetables and meatballs in gravy, pool and hot tub were nice size"

"I was told I was going to have a bathtub in the king suite and there wasn’t one.. the only reason why I paid that much for the room. In the room, half the lights did not work. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. and there were sticky wet spots all over the carpet in the room. Also the stick to pull open the blinds broke off. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the water from the shower made my ears itch. "
