"The toilet in our room was dirty (where you sit...). The room was 61° when we arrived. I turned the heat up to 70° and it never made it there. When we were going to shower in the morning, there was no hot water. We were pretty dissapointed overall."

"Started out with a ten minute wait to check in. There was no parking in the front. Traveling as a solo lady had to park in the back wich was dark and there was not a near door. The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf in shower to put soap or anything. There were no towels stocked in the bathroom. When I called the front desk the person who answered said oh ok but didnt even offer any be brought up.( which would have been too late anyhow."
