"Comfy beds and unique atmosphere "

"The rooms were clean, however, no communication was done via text message even though they mentioned if there was anything needed to text. No communication on when room service was coming in. Half of the machine in the fitness room did not work & breakfast is not free eve though the site said it was. "

"Spotless, quiet with great amenities. Beds extremely comfortable, nice linens. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. "

"Room was very dirty. Floor wasn't touched, dusty and spills on it. Countertop space and desk had food spills and dirt on it. Chairs had food spilled on it. Drawers had dead bugs and dust. Bedding old with holes in it. Fridge also not cleaned. Bring your own cleaning supplies and Bedding for this property. "

"Everything was great, but be aware that there is no free parking in the area. The valet parking was about $40/night. It is possible to park in a nearby lot or on the street, but those are at your own risk."

"Good breakfast"

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there."
