"The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice. The coffee at breakfast was excellent, I was surprised it was Folgers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property is older and shows its age. However the price was right and the good parts outweighed that. Note that the walls seemed on the thin side so if the hotel is busy it might be noisy. It was quiet for me, and pleasant."

"Good location being close to amenities and restaurants. Room is was clean. Hot tub jet did not work. Maintenance came in the room during the morning when we were still in the room to look to see if baseboards needed caulking- I think this was odd. The key cards all stopped working the morning of check out at 7am also. Evening staff was helpful."

"Brand new hotel - lovely room and common spaces, staff were excellent. My only criticism was the $100 pet fee - much higher than expected as most hotels charge $25 to $40 - I was told this was because Hyatt is a higher end hotel (?)"

"The property was in a scenic area. The handicapped automatic door entering the building didn't work. One of the two elevators didn't work. Parking was a challenge. The room itself was fine; plain, nothing fancy, but it worked for my needs. "

"Great hotel to stay at, if you require a kitchenette. Large rooms, with comfortable beds and good amenities. In the mornings, you will appreciate the hot and cold breakfast buffet. Good selection of food. Attentive staff helps to keep the buffet area stocked and cleaned. This hotel is also in the same area as a supermarket and a few fast food restaurants. Some areas for improvement would include better maintenance of the parking lot in winter in more attention to vacuuming in the rooms. "
