"Lovely accommodation, well presented, . Agree with a comment I have seen - hooks for bathroom / towels would be useful. Lovely spot, right by the river, walking distance ( fairly level)to Windermere Lake and boats etc. Eating places also within walking distance, plenty others short drive away( Anglers Arms, Masons Arms). Bus stop very handy if needed.

"Spacious, comfortable room situated close to an event we were attending (5-10 minute drive). Room well equipped - brewing facilities are always a big bonus!
Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a good choice of items - some more visible guidance near the toaster would be helpful for those unfamiliar with the make and how it works.
The only stressful aspect of the stay was lack of parking space letter on the Saturday evening - unsure where we were allowed to 'overflow' to.

"A lovely guest house. We were made welcome by the owner Colin from the first moment we arrived. Very clean and cosy. A delicious breakfast. A parking place guaranteed.. Surprisingly close to Lake Windermere. Just a minutes walk."
