"We hit this place at one of the most unfortunate times… immediately following a tornado nearby. Power was out for arrival night, but the owner stayed in constant contact. They took great care of us throughout the lead-up and the stay. The home is so amazing. Downstairs/upstairs, both are great. Quiet, secluded area. River access and river view are both outstanding. Once again, you can’t go wrong on location, and you really can’t get better hosts."

"Hotel is back a short distance from main road, quiet. I was pulling a boat hotel had side lot for truck and trailer. "

"The property and the service of the staff was excellent. The only problem was that we didn’t have electrical power in our room the next morning. The staff was very apologetic and let us use the bathroom next door to get ready."

"I got into town fairly late, and several other hotels were booked with workers who came to make repairs after the spring tornadoes. Then I found this hotel. Absolutely pristine, comfortable, quiet rooms inside. Easy, safe parking outside and they are dog friendly, at least for little dogs like mine. I had a much needed sleep in. My dog was so happy there that he did not want to leave. I stayed here before driving up to the Laura Ingalls Wilder Home and Museum. "

"The home is very clean, well appointed and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed fishing the White River, walking in the neighborhood and near by State park and watching nature from the riverfront porch."

"Perfect services start to finish! I would stay here yet again! Comfortable and quiet. No breakfast but lots of coffee. Magazines to borrow, customer service A+++++ & super clean and comfortable rooms. Thanks again."

"Neat cabin, close to hiking and water access with beautiful views. Cabin can accomodate a large crowd and was well stocked with kitchen items and clean. Will definitely stay again if in the area."
