Stay away!

This place is a welfare/ homeless dump. The room was tragic, I just walked away from my non refundable room payment and left.I've lost faith in hotels.com for listing this total dive.

This property did not feel safe. A lot of people who did not appear to be guests coming and going. The room was large, but carpet and furniture need replacing. Good value.

A lot of noise at night like people arguing. Also, checking in is at 3:00 pm because there is limited staff available. On top of that, until onr arrives, they ask for $50 dollars cash as a deposit for possible damages, but rooms' furniture is damaged and old.

Upon arrival there were some residents blasting music and you can hear it throughout the entire motel. There were also people straight up coming up to me and my daughter asking for money. In general, it just did not feel safe so we left and found another hotel right away. Safety should always be first.

This property should be condemned. It is a classic 1948 totally unchanged. I have a support. animal and they demanded I pay $125 for him. They also refused to admit me unless I put a credit card down with a $250 credit available. HORRIBLE. SHOULD BE CONDEMED.

No ammenities.Only 1 ice room that is kept locked, The poorest excusedf for alobby/check-in desk that I have ever seen!!!!! ugly bathroom. Microwave oven with nowhere to plug it in. Television that had to be reset everytime itt was turned on. In short: the poorest excuse for a motel that I I have .seen.

I had stayed there before the pandemic , but now I will never stay there again. Its horrible I was warned by security to lock my vehicle and secure my belongings. I probably only slept 2 hours all night. The whole thing is horrible , customer service , place is dirty it has furniture out side the rooms , people roaming out side the parking lot . Terrible experience - no refunds

Reserved Non-Smoking. They put me in a smoking room, smelled horrible. Moved me to a "non-smoking" room. Smelled a little less horrible. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter (and why the heck is there a tiny refrigerator in the bathroom?) Anytime I took a deep breath, my throat became sore from the stale tobacco odor. No trash can in room. Bathtub refinish coating flaking and possibly dangerous sharp edges. I did not use bath tub or shower.

I race nearby and have stayed here at least once per year for more than a decade. The facility was old but clean, and reasonably priced. Turns out they cut a deal with the city to warehouse homeless people. When we checked in I was asked if I wanted to preview the room. Of course I didn't, based on prior experience. Turns out there was a guy passed out on the stairway and the walkway smelled like urine and vomit. There were derelicts walking around. I did not feel safe, nor did my wife. The room had an ancient mattress, no bedspread. It smelled like an ashtray and the sink had at least a dozen cigarette burns. We went back to the front desk and were transferred to the Devonshire, owned by the same guy. Slightly less filthy and dangerous but horrible service. No towels, and nowhere to find them. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I was tired after having been on the road for 12 hours so I picked the closest hotel without reading any reviews. All I can say is that it will never happen again! Driving up to the property was worrisome. The room assigned to us was nasty, smelled and in such a terrible condition that it shouldn't be made available to anyone. I was speechless walking into such a filthy, foul smelling, and rundown room. Stains on bedsheet, burn/scorch marks were all over the bathroom counter, exposed electrical outlets,  heat/ac unit falling apart and a toilet seat that didn't fit.  I was in the room just long enough to take pictures for Expedia to see and hopefully contact this property about the condition of this hotel. I informed front desk about the room but apparently he doesn't care and said that all rooms are like that.

They must take off your list

To start off we have been traveling for two days with minimal sleep on a overland trip we just needed a place to sleep overnight in a real bed with some air-conditioning. When we arrive to the hotel it was beaten and run down with a ton of very sketchy situation‘s around us. With that said we are not quick to judge anyone or anything because you never know what the outcomes might be however with that being said we were confronted while waiting for a room for an hour with a woman coming to our window and asking if we wanted to have a threesome. She look like she was a local hooker and there was quite a few of them coming in and out of different hotel rooms. There was also a lot of people exchanging money and drugs right in front of us out in the open just outside of their rooms. There was trash and furniture everywhere outside of the rooms as if they were remodeling. Which is OK I can understand that the first room that we were given. We were told was just recently remodeled there is absolutely no way that this place was just remodeled it was absolutely disgusting. The furniture was broken and covered in dirt and nastiness along with stains all over the sheets and burn holes from cigarettes on the chairs and on the Comforter we had no privacy blinds the showers were rusted with tiles missing the shampoo bottles were covered in some type of wax or who knows what. It seem like the room had not truly been cleaned. We had no air-conditioning.
