"We loved staying here! The room was spacious and clean. The location made it easy to get to all the places we went to in Franconia and Conway. We were able to walk to town an even saw a black bear crossing the road! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the quiet ambient music. The lighting in the room was bright, making for easy reading."

"My 2 nights were fabulous, apart from the fire alarm going off at 1:15 AM - it’s a wooden structure folk, don’t try to have a sneaky smoke without anyone noticing! No-one wants to be standing in the parking lot in the middle of the night but apparently my experience is not that unusual. However, if your room is the presidential wing you should not have to evacuate. The hotel has a cruise ship vibe in terms of service and luxury. Very enjoyable."

"Always clean comfortable and friendly. We stayed here many times. This time I had a medical issue that I had to leave early. They refunded me the one night that I wasn't able to stay. I'm sure the Hampton Inn down the road which is twice as much would not have given me the same consideration. This is why we stay here great local service."
