"This hotel is situated in a bougie little area that seems to be referred to as Ballantyne. As many times as I have driven up to and stayed in Charlotte, I never knew about it and it is quite nice! The hotel itself is very clean and modern and is tucked away from a main road that has easy access to I-485. Everything around here feels nice and new and there are plenty of nice dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, always saying hello in the halls and making sure everything was functioning properly and clean. The breakfast was actually pretty great with hot and cold, protein and carb options, and coffee was available at all times. The wifi was easy to connect to and very reliable. I would absolutely stay here again. "
