"The facilities were very nice. This is my first trip to Italy. I thought the rooms were very small but that may just be the way it is in this country. The shower however, was actually dangerous. The water poured from the shower to nearly the door. No matter what we tried we could not get that to stop. We had two rooms and both rooms had the same issue. Rooftop was absolutely lovely."

"Guiseppina, front of house, breakfast maker and server, and generally the go to person was superb. Rooms quite small but adequate. Very clean. Good breakfast ( not cooked), for €8. EXCELLENT coffee/ cappuccinos. Bit of a walk into centre of town - 10 to 15 mins. Lucca is a VERY picturesque city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of good restaurants. We booked a guided tour of city on our first full day. Started from Tourist Office. Worthwhile. Good train service to Pisa."

"Este lugar es un sueño, cada rincón, las vistas, la habitación rodeada de naturaleza con sus ovejas y viñedos. El spa es increíble además de bello. Las piscinas una más bella que otra. Es un lugar con muchos detalles y espacios increíbles. Sentarse en el bar a ver el atardecer con los valles de la Toscana es una experiencia que no debe faltar. Yo sin duda volveré. Gracias, toda la estancia estuvo perfecta. Serán días inolvidables."
