"This is not a five-star hotel, I know that, but it deserves a five-star review because it is super clean, and has everything you want. The beds are nice, the rooms are clean, the pool is clean, and I will definitely stay there again."

"Smoking is allowed throughout the first floor except the restaurants. You can't check in without dealing with the smoke. I wouldn't stay there again unless they change the Smoking policy"

The room was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool area was really nice. I especially loved the gazebo area. For the price, this hotel is amazing and I would definitely stay here again."

"Where do I start……I booked a suite & also a separate room for family. I specifically requested the extra room to be 2 queens. When we got to the hotel at 4:30, the extra room had been changed to just a king and wasn’t even ready. That started the experience on the wrong foot. We had to wait for the 2nd room to be ready & had to keep insisting that we wanted 2 queens. After finally getting to our rooms, we all decided to head to the downstairs bar to meet for cocktails & appetizers. Several people requested Pina Coladas & were told that the bar could not make them because their blender was broken & had been for a while. The food was less than appetizing that we ordered & ended up not eating it. Every time we ran the water or flushed the toilet in our suite, the plumbing banged so loud in the wall that it was ridiculous! The next day, housekeeping didn’t even have our room cleaned & it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We had to complain & when they finally sent someone up to the room, it was done half-a#$(*with no extra towels that we requested. Horrible experience. They don’t even have a coffee shop in the hotel. The best part of the whole trip was the valet staff & bellhops! They were awesome! Don’t waste your time on this “Grand Hyatt”. A total disappointment. We’ll find somewhere else to stay from now on. Horrible experience."
