"This place is exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It felt like a cool little apartment in a college town. Every detail for a great stay was provided. Highly recommend!"

"The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns."

"We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous."

"Stayed here while our son had a showcase at Winthrop. It was a cute, unique spot that was right across from the gardens. The tub/shower was a tricky task but doable. Definitely would stay here again!"

"We stayed at this property for one week while we relocated to NC from NV. The house is gorgeous, inside and out, with a clean modern style. It’s located in a quiet cul de sac, which was much appreciated during our stressful move, but still easy to access main roads to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was amply stocked with cooking equipment, plus some basic staples. Having access to a washer and dryer was divine.
