"The property was super cozy and clean, there were lots of towels, pillows and extra blankets available for use. The kitchen was very spacious and light. The beds were comfortable and temp control was perfect. The host is SUPER responsive and attentive! Decor is super cute my kids loved all the animal canvases! "

"Host is on point with communication, hospitality and taking care of the property. If working in the area, it's perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to shopping and food. Wouldn't recommend side B for a couple but, side A/renting the whole house would be plenty of space for a couple or family."

"The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns."
