"We had a lovely stay at Mustard Tree. Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Overall an excellent experience - would highly recommend!"

Fabulous location near to Penzance not far to walk or bus stop outside. Pub was inviting and friendly. Jack the dog was an added bonus definitely be back."

"Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"A bed for the night for attendance at Penzance Lit Fest on two consec. days. The only thing I would say: an earlier check-in time - say 15:00 rather than 16:00 hrs - would have been helpful. eg Prem Inns are 15:00 but then again Queens had a better rate."

"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."
