"Beautiful hotel in a great location, so weren’t far from things at all. 15 minute walk and you were in the centre pretty much. Staff couldn’t do enough for you as well, so friendly. Added bonus was an unexpected food and drink waiting in our room upon arrival for my husband’s birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back! "

"This beautiful boutique hotel is very close to the Opera, Academia and other famous buildings. It’s in a quiet and safe area. The decor is unique as shown on the photos. It has small elevators and host big groups. So be prepared to wait for an elevator or you could use the well illuminated stairs. "The apartment was clean, well kept, and consistent with the listing. It was spacious and well equipped, except for hangers and kleenex that we bought and left behind. The location is convenient to the transit, with an easy and frequent tram stop to the center of town. It's especially close to the Belvedere museums that I would highly recommend. One of the best collections of medieval art I've seen. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Thank you."

"I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. Staff wonderful/helpful from the breakfast staff to the bartender who let me loiter before my train and was just lovely. Front desk interactions also enjoyable. "A very comfortable and central hotel less than 10 minutes walk from VIENNA MITTE STATION where the CAT arrives from the airport every 30 minute. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that they only have one coffee machine at breakfast so a queue forms up very quickly. Breakfast also needs more staff to prepare tables and ensure that there are enough plates and cutlery - they are rushed off their feet! "
