The staff were great; a welcoming reception team and a lovely lady who brought room service breakfast (which was fantastic). I would stay again. The hotel is centrally located, just outside the Innere stadt but within an easy walk. It’s a quiet, safe area near Schwarzenbergplatz, where you can pick up a line 1, 2 or 71 tram to take you pretty much anywhere you want to go (and it is very easy to book tickets on the Wienmobile app). Unless you book at the hotel restaurant, dining and cafe options in the immediate vicinity are quite limited, but a 5-8 minute walk will bring you within reach of many more options. "

They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site. We were thoroughly impressed. Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here. "
