"We only got to stay for 1 night and it rained so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or explore the property to its full potential. Even with that said it was one of our favorite nights of a 12 week Italy roadtrip. The owner was great - even though the restaurant on property was meant to be closed, he opened it just for us and cooked us the most incredible meal. "Beautiful location, we had nice terrace to sit out on overlooking pool. Not sure all rooms as good. Rooms are in a partially restored village and quite basic but in character. Views of green hills and distant mountains great. We were surprised though that village is some 800 meters above reception and restaurant down steep road . Most people seemed to dive and we walked as we like to try local wine. Restaurant is great and reasonable priced, 60 Euro for tasting menu with local wine for two...

"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town.
