"We got this room because our baseball tournament was only 2 miles away. We checked in without issue, early in fact, between games. Got to our room and the air did not work! I went to the front desk, he looked in the system fir something in the same area (we were with other teammates) he walked up with me and opened the door to the new room (just across the hall from the original) and walked in to inspect that the air was working in the new room! He didn't question or make me explain or anything! I said it didnt work and he accommodated us with a new room! They also kept the pool open an hour past closing so that our boys could swim since we played our tournament game late! VERY NICE STAFF, NICE AND CLEAN FACILITY 10 stars, highly recommend!!"

"We were missing our microwave and coffee pot because the previous guest had ruined them. The lady in the lobby went out of her way to make sure I had fresh hot coffee and a way to heat our food. "
