"Located within the walls of ancient Carcassone, the hotel offers a unique opportunity to explore the area in the evening. There are nearby restaurants and bistros in case you don't want to go to the expense of eating in the hotel. If budgets are tight, have a drink in the hotel bar and then head down the cobbled streets for a dinner in one of the great restaurants or pubs. We opted for the pizza restaurant two minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was in a nearby bakery and suited us much better...
