"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour.
