"Really comfortable stay in a great hotel close to trams and buses. Room, bed and bathroom were all great and so were the staff. The only thing that could have been better would be more cafes/restaurants and supermarkets nearby but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay here again!"

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."

"We had one night stay and are satisfied with the overal experience. Excellent check in and out service provided, so is the evening restaurant staff. Food is fine and so is the breakfast buffet. We had a room upgrade and that was nice. On the downside the pool area which wasn't well maintained and dirty. Needs a deep clean for sure. The whole area smells old."

10/10 Excellent
Wow, this hotel is situated right on the Rhine River. We booked a superior deluxe room over looking the Rhine which was worth every cent. The breakfast provided was superb and quite lavish. Directly Outside there is a ferry for cars, bicycles and passengers that crosses the Rhine continuously throughout the day. We rented bicycles from the hotel crossed the river using the ferry, explored the castle which you see from the hotel, and then rode south using bike paths to the old town area of...
