"Very clean and quiet!"

"Hidden gem in beautiful central Pennsylvania. Our hosts went above & beyond to stock the cabin with food and drink for our arrival."

"Do not rent this place! I am well aware I was not getting a 5-star place. When I arrived, there were used paper towels on the table, and the bathroom sink was dirty. The door would not close properly unless you slammed it. Safety should not be a concern. There is a bath towel that was shredded at the end. "What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

"Highly recommend. Amenities were spectacular."

"Excellent spot in all aspects. "

"This was a great find and the perfect location for several members of our family that had gathered for a reunion. We had two air-conditioned bedrooms with king beds, and a great kitchen set up for making meals as we needed. Emily was very responsive to our questions as we navigated new technology. They have done a great job with remodeling this property."
