"Wonderful location on the water, away from the crowds of old town, with easy access to the beach. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful, even with arranging late night airport pick ups. The rooms are okay with balconies facing the water or orchard or courtyard. The property is a bit old, and could use upgrades to the rooms and sufficient AC. Net net - good experience at good price point."

"We were supposed to stay at Adriatic hotel, which was closed and we got transfer to Komodor, right next door. Breakfast: it was included. Topical food with a great variety, with a good coffee machine!!! Front desk: helpful Cleaning: the old carpet was not cleaned, full of hair And debris, nasty! We had shampoo and soup for the first day only!!! The shower sink was clogged, I asked the front desk, cleaning personnel and nothing. We took shower with flip flops! Clean towels daily. "

"Staff location and cleanliness were all great. Construction was going on directly across the street from Hotel so was loud and dusty on front patio of hotel. The patio otherwise would have been a lovely place to sit and relax. "

"Mirna was excellent at reception, very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful view from our room of the grounds and sea. Would have appreciated an elevator to get to our room with luggage as we'd just walked the Dubrovnik wall and a total of 52 flights of stairs! Breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty."
