"House was charming and welcoming. Stayed for athletic event with three other families. Tons of room for everyone, loved the massage chair and the outdoor areas. House was well equipped and owners met us at check in to show us around and answer any questions. "

"This property was everything we wanted for my daughters 16th birthday. The girls each had a place to sleep, room to explore, and space to be girls. The rest of my family came up the next day, and we had the most relaxing time playing outside. I highly recommend this beautiful mountain house for just about anything you would want it for. "

"What a wonderful weekend - we enjoyed downtown Manitou and loved being close enough to aLao enjoy the Garden of the Gods and the Springs. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy! Views are just spectacular and the details in the home were so cool! Definitely recommend! "

"This was our 2nd time to stay here over Christmas. We enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and beautiful yard for the dog! The neighborhood is very nice, just down the street from King Sooper and central to everything in the Springs. Very clean and well maintained! "

"Loved the house and the proximity to all eateries and stores. Would definitely stay at this house if I visit again. "

"This was a clean and spacious unit to stay in. The layout is group friendly and the foosball table added a little extra entertainment. We’d definitely stay here again. We didn’t notice the park until the last day. It’s only about a block up the road and looked like a great place to take a walk for those interested."

"Third time in Colorado and hands down has been THE best place to stay. My husband and I got to explore all of Colorado Springs and manitou springs! Lots of beautiful views. Amazing food (you should book just to try Shelly’s cooking) 10/10"
