"We loved the quiet neighborhood and fully equipped kitchen. With a new Trader Joe’s not far away, it was super convenient to get the refrigerator stocked and ready for meal preparation. I liked the outdoor grill and, as a family, we utilized and really enjoyed the breakfast area. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. Television and WiFi were excellent. This was a great place for a family get together. West Roxbury is a very nice upper middle class neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised over and over again. Thanks to Susan, our pleasant and very responsive host."

"I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation."
