"Overall it’s an excellent property. There were a few stumbling blocks the first couple of nights (don’t stay on the top floors on the highway side ! It get very loud at 6am!!) some of the night staff dropped the ball on a few things but the general manager Is awesome. She absolutely knows what customer service is. Some of her staff not so much but she absolutely made up for their shortcomings. It’s unfortunate that ALL employee’s can’t be rock starts like the GM!!"

"he hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but unfortunately, my stay was quite uncomfortable. I am leaving this feedback objectively and kindly, without any intention to offend, but simply to share an honest account of my experience. While the facade is lovely, the photos at the time of booking convey a very different impression from the reality inside. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and lacked smiles, and the buffet was quite limited. The room itself felt neglected: there was a bad odor, the carpet felt dirty, and the air conditioning unit was dusty. The pillows were old and very uncomfortable. I also noticed some insects in the room, which may have been due to the window screens being lifted and in poor condition. Furthermore, I went two days without bath soap, despite having requested it from the staff. It is a pity, as the property has a lot of potential based on its beautiful exterior"

"The staff was amazing but when we arrived our room was not clean, there was dog hair everywhere, no pillows or sheets, kibble in the floor and the ac cover was off and inside our shower. (Ac was gross) they moved us to a second room which was more tidy but still not the best. Shelves in the restroom were super dusty. When you took a shower there was almost no hot water and the tub floor squeaks like if you’re going to fall down. Elevators are super poorly maintained, made us super nervous and they had an awful smell. Pros is they do have a full size fridge, a small stove and the staff is amazing, super helpful and super friendly! Check in and check out were a breeze."
