"I want to start with a big warning which would have me reconsider rebooking in the future. We were told that as of March 21 (the day before we got to La Paz), the beach club was changed to be for members only. This was a big deal breaker for us because we are on vacation and would have liked to enjoy that accommodation of a nice pool with bar service. Had I been made aware, I would have given up the more spacious accommodation for a standard room at the Hotel Indigo.
I do want to note that there is a pool at the residence complex but it’s very outdated (tiles falling off, not heated, and no food service).
The room was very clean and was properly equipped with everything we needed. Only thing I needed, once I asked, it was delivered immediately. One note, the knives were dull and we couldn’t cut anything so they just need to be sharpened.
Our view of the ocean was perfect. We were on the third floor. I know some reviews noted that there wasn’t a view but hopefully knowing what floor we were on could help others.
Staff was very helpful. Messaging was through whatsup but they were very attentive.
Golf cart is a must. Café, gelato/pizza shop, and La Malinche restaurant were all great. "
