"Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return."

"This place is quite nice and easy to see why it could be considered Gorgeous! We stayed here for 3 weeks, March 24. Dean (the host) answered our first phone call immediately and was quite kind. For a week we were 6 people, but there was only 1 key. We asked for a second key. He said he would make sure that a second key would be delivered either that day or the next blaming the cleaners. "The place is perfect for a family reunion or vacation with four couples like we did. Jovita was a great cook and took really good care of us. Having two six seater golf carts allowed our group flexibility to split up. We got to explore the various beach clubs. "The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying."
