THE SPACE / SLEEPING CONFIGURATION



This two-suite combination includes a true one-bedroom suite and a full studio suite for genuine separation between sleeping and living areas. The one-bedroom suite has a king bedroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms (primary ensuite with jetted soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower, plus a second full bath with a walk-in shower). The studio suite has its own king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and a third spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Both suites include Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Positioned in the Golden Triangle, close to the Strip without being in the middle of it.



On foot: Strip access approximately 10 minutes, direct indoor walkway to MGM Grand, Topgolf, Wet Republic, and The Shops at Crystals.



Short drive: Bellagio Fountains (6 min), T-Mobile Arena (10 min), Allegiant Stadium (12 min), Harry Reid International Airport (10 min).



IMPORTANT NOTES



- No resort fee. The nightly rate is all-in.

- Community laundry is available for stays of 7 nights or longer only. Request access at check-in. There is no washer/dryer in this unit for shorter stays.

- Parking: Complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation.

- Check-in: Front desk check-in required. Primary guest must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

- A refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) is required at check-in, released after checkout if unused.

- No daily housekeeping; professionally cleaned prior to arrival.

- Non-smoking. Rollaway beds, cribs, and high chairs are not provided.



HOUSE RULES, FEES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

Every booking requires a signed rental agreement and a $300 refundable damage deposit. Under the agreement, a $500 fee applies to pets in the suite (registered service animals are welcome) and to smoking or vaping in the suite or on the balcony. Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite during their stay.
