Just a short walk to shopping, centrally located with easy access to Uber & Lyft.

• $55 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE IS DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK IN.

• A check-in fee will be collected upon checkout: $130 plus tax for Studio units.

• A refundable incidental deposit of $100 USD per night, up to a maximum of $500 USD, may be required at check-in (subject to change without prior notice). Only credit or debit cards are accepted.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

• The reservation holder must be present at check-in and provide a valid, physical government-issued photo ID.

• If someone else will be arriving first, please contact us in advance to authorize them for check-in, they must also present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID.

• Booking changes are not allowed within 14 days of the check-in date.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

• Please report any issues within 24 hours of check-in as refunds or discounts are not offered after checkout.
