Everything was clean and friendly staff breakfast was amazing and the company was great love the bed in the bedding was nice and cozy

We love being able to charge our tesla while staying overnight. Room is great and breakfast better than many.

While not fancy it was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet abd so thankful for good AC. Lots of choices for dining in this town.

We thought this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in a long time. Very friendly folks, room was extremely clean, warm and charming - much more than most, many of which seem sterile.Nice wood floor. Breakfast voucher at restaurant next door was GREAT! Appreciated attention to hygiene: even a cover on cleaned remote. Reasonable pet policies plus a great value for price- we’ll be back!

Stayed 2 days.April 13 thru April 15.2024.Big king size bed.Clean safe bathroom.Buffet style breakfast.Bacon and eggs.Energy breakfast to drive to Lassen Volcanic Park.Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Chester.

I cannot express how great this place is. While it may be a work in progress on the outside, the hotel portion and patio (or “moondeck”) is perfection. Cozy rooms with brand new everything. Clean, comfy, and well maintained. You can tell how much care has gone into restoring this little place. Hats off to Matt the owner for the work and love he’s put into it. Don’t skip the connected store/deli that has some delicious sandwiches. I will definitely be stopping back in.

Great little hotel in Fall River. Easy check in with keyless entry. Seems recently renovated. The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This is basic motel, perfect for a night or two. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Family of 4 on an 18 day motel road trip. A few elevator hotels and a few okay typical roadside hotels. Burney's, though, was like taking a vacation from our long vacation. We were tired after many days on the road. Burney's was safe which we always worry about wherever we go; And laid back. Mark, our host/owner was always about on the property making sure we and others were comfortable. Good burgers and a small bowling alley next door was really cool. The staff at check-in was courteous and answered my questions. She greeted everyone as they came in the door.

The room was absolutely fabulous. It was super clean which is a plus. The only thing that was a down fall, was that we got 2 keys upon arrival. We wanted 1 more. After getting the one additional, it canceled out our other 2 cards. When we took them back to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said "Yeah that happens". If he knew that he should have given us all new cards. We just spent 13 hours driving and just wanted to rest and not deal qith something he knew was going to be an...
