"We really enjoyed our stay here. This is one of the most well-equipped VRBO properties we have stayed at. There are so many nice touches - nightlights, cozy fleece blankets everywhere, recliners for relaxing, enough towels for an army, extra tooth brushes, and even a glow in the dark toilet seat. The kitchen has everything, including top notch Le Creuset cookware. We enjoyed relaxing in the zero gravity chairs on the back deck. "The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"

"We chose this property for its proximity to excellent fishing on Hat Creek / Rising River, as well as numerous outdoor activities in the Burney area. After a day of mountain biking or kayaking, it was a cozy and comfortable place to retire to for the day. Amazing views, convient location, comfortable lodging - this place is a must if you're staying in the area."
