"Paid for a suite, the shower was like a bath tub kept filling up, even the sink water was rising ... either housekeeping doesn't report, or the hotel doesn't want to spend money or they just offer to those paying through third party ... this place is the horrible, needs upkeep."

"This property is old and needs to be refurbished. The entire 1st floor smells of smoke from the casino that adjoins the lobby. The only good thing about my stay was the staff was great."

"We enjoyed the city view from our spacious room. The hotel is near the Riverwalk which was undergoing work during our visit. Fortunately there is a nice neighborhood with sidewalks where we were able to get some exercise. We utilized the fridge and microwave as well as taking advantage of the free coffee/cocoa/tea during our brief stay."
