"I had a good stay overall. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was really convenient. The vibe of the hotel was nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the shower water pressure wasn’t very strong, and there were a few times when the hot water would go out. Other than that, everything was good. "

"This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room."

"The valet parking was a touch confusing as we weren’t sure exactly where to go, but that’s more of a layout/street setup issue! Once you pull up and check in with the parking guys it was seamless. The front desk people were SO kind and amazing. Personable, friendly, hilarious and immediately welcoming. Our room was clean and very nicely styled. The beds were very comfortable and the PILLOWS WERE SO MUCH NICER THAN USUAL!! the bedding was soft and didn’t feel like the usual stiff and scratchy hotel bulk sheets. highly recommend, and the location cannot be beat! "

"$For $300 a night, the room should be bigger. There is no fan in the bathroom, so no privacy for sounds and smells. Shower was nice, bed was comfy. Housekeeping forgot to put cases on 2 of the 4 cases after cleaning. Free breakfast is a buffet with the usual sheet of scrambled eggs, then sausage, doughnuts, juice. Nothing special. Now, let me tell you about the parking. A outrageous $65 a day. We were told our room key would let us in and out and we'd be charged on the hotel bill. It's a public lot. This was not the case. We couldnt get in or out without taking a tticket (in) then paying to get out. We addressed this upon checkout when they assured us they fixed our room card so we'd be able to exit without paying $68. When we went to leave, it didnt work, we were stuck in the garage with a big libe of cars behind us until we paid another $68. We called when we got home and were told we would be credited.Were we? I'm not sure but it should have been free due to the hassles. "
