"Nice friendly staff"

"When we arrived there was no one. Just 2 little barking dogs that mad the place small like a dog's place. Soi dogs (friendly) on the stairs. The landlord only talked to my wife. No registration of my passport. This is not according to the law. The room is spacious and is actually a small appartment. The breakfast was more or less ok. It could be very nice but you just don't feel welcome and I suspect that there are a lot of hotels in the neighborhood that make you feel a lot better 'at home'."

"Room size and amenities are ok. However finding the place or person to check in was a problem. Phone number listed in confirmation and website was wrong. Another guest had the same problem. Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. Thanks to the resourceful resident, she managed to figure out/find out the number which is 88-0606069 and helped call in Thai the check-in person. There's no reception area, no nightclub, no...

" It is CLEAN. Bed a little hard but pillows comfortable. Water heater works well. Toiletries provided make the stay convenient. Area is great, walking distance from a market, local shops and of course 7/11. About a 55both ride to the nearest mall. A few English channels. Decent WiFi, enough to stream Netflix and YouTube. "Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly. "
