Clean and neat facilities. Good service from staff. Good free breakfast with personal service. Walking distance to city park and old town. No complaints!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes!

A very nice place obviously operated by a family. Excellent dinner in their restaurant!

Staff was very friendly and hotel is clean. Breakfast had many choices and we would stay again.

Clean and neat room. Loved the style and the staff were polite.

After we booked, the confirmation said that check-in was from 3pm to 6pm. We weren't planning on arriving until 10pm so we panicked a little. However, after careful reading, the confirmation said to contact the property for late check-in to get a code to the outside door. They were quick to respond with the code. Our key was waiting for us at the counter after accessing the outside door with the code.

The staff were warm helpful and accommodating. The room was nicely organized and updated. Everything was super clean. In particular the breakfast was outstanding, many choices well presented and delicious we ate in a sunny comfortable room we would definitely recommend and stay there again
