"We had a terrible experience with this VRBO host. After arriving in a foreign country with our family at 1AM, we found ourselves stranded when we couldn’t access the property. When we called for help, the host hung up on us, ignored our follow-up calls, and then canceled our reservation altogether. This left us in an extremely stressful and unsafe situation in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable behavior!!!!"
