"Place was spotless. Very close to all the fun stuff and walking distance from the bus station. They gave us a great deal too, seven nights for the price of five, let us check in early and it was a full apartment with real stove fridge and dishwasher. Had a washer dryer in bathroom which saved us because airline lost my luggage. Great experience. In fact, when we go back we will Try to stay there again."

"Hotel was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Views and location were incredible. Restaurant was also awesome with amazing views. Would 100% recommend and stay again!"

"The room has crumbs on the floor, given it was only 1 night for us, we didn’t make a big deal out of it. We arrived after a long day driving and decided to eat at the restaurant - Tides. The service was SOOOOO slow, 2 hours later we almost fell asleep at the table and believe me, we only had appetizer and main course, not deserts. This hotel is for the hipsters and those who want to be seen, have a very modern vibe but fell short in many ways especially around customer service - it was just OK. I think we got the best service from the bell hop. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel."

"The Reykyavik Burgiya was well located by the Marina and many bars and restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly Giorgio at the front desk! Rooms on the harbor side were quieter than on the south (street) side and had a nice balcony view of the harbor from the fourth floor rooms."

"Did not come with a refrigerator and as you know in Iceland everything is expensive. We had some cheeses, prosciutto, han, milk and yogurt and had to toss it as this hotel did not come with this amenity. There was absolutely no view from our window and the hallways are very dark, which does kind of add to the appeal. I would recommend center hotels over this place any day."

"Great place to stay as you’re right in town, next to everything. We even had a decent view, even being in the back of the hotel. It also had a refrigerator, a kettle to heat water for coffee and a nice lobby. The staff was helpful enough, not overly friendly, but did their jobs and that’s all that matters"
