"The room was the perfect size for one person, and had a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including up at the bar. The bar had a great menu too. The spa was well worth paying for. The bed could be more comfortable though, and I wish there was more of a pantry / snack shop on premises. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. It’s very conveniently located by bus stop 5 Harpa and 6 Culture House."

"They have been unbelievably accommodating holding my luggage for me while on tour. I had to book 2 separate nights due to a late schedule change and was able to combine the room. The breakfast is amazing. And the location is literally in the middle of everything A++"

"We’ve stayed here twice, the first time eight years ago. The first time there weee macaroons on a CV piece of black slate in the room when we arrived. Not this time. And last time there was a very big wooden door at the entrance that we liked and that was also missing. That said, those are very minor points. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. The location exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to Iceland in a few years and we will definitely stay here again."
