"Overall, fairly good, but they need to provide more clarity upfront at check-in, that they expect you to be in the breakfast room by 10 at the very latest. You shouldn't have to find out that 10:30 really means 10:00."

"On my first day, I witnessed a domestic dispute involving an unclothed couple in the hallway, with front desk staff pursuing them. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the television, the room phone, and the alarm clock were all non-functional, leaving me unable to contact the front desk for assistance. The issues continued throughout my stay. On the second day, I noticed an accumulation of trash left directly in front of the elevators. Furthermore, I was approached in the parking lot by an individual attempting to sell personal hygiene products from their vehicle, which made me feel quite unsafe. On my final morning, I was again woken up at 7:00 AM by another loud physical altercation between guests. Due to the lack of security, peace, and functional amenities, I will not be returning to this establishment. I believe it is important to bring these serious lapses in service and safety to your attention. I would appreciate your comments on how these matters will be addressed for your future guest."
