"Although staying in a hotel with empty stores all around it was a bit eerie, my room was clean and comfortable, it was wonderfully convenient to where I needed to be, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I did find it strange that one day of my stay no one came to tidy, but I had plenty of fresh towels, so it wasn't a major problem. "

"i wish they had internet tv that had the netflix app or a tv that allows you to mirror it with you phone. because their tv sucks. but besides that it is a really nice place to stay. great location. i enjoyed the restaurants inside the hotel. the staff friendly and helpful. and free parking. always a major plus. highly recommend it "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. It's a beautiful old building. The lobby is lovely--full of 1920's charm. It was an easy walk to the convention center. My room was fairly clean and quite comfortable. There was an orange skittle left behind on the floor of the closet, which just made me laugh. Every staff person I encountered was friendly. If I'm ever back in Baltimore, I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"I liked the stay. The room was very nice. Our room was under the gym. Could hear people throwing weights around a lot. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. Only one person there hanging out at the bar. After a 10 minute weight we got our own menus. The man said no habla and kept doing nothing. Left for Outback nearby."

"Hotel room was nice, with a great little kitchen, but the shower door was broken and wouldn’t slide. I was able to squeeze in (I had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack to change rooms), but it was inconvenient. The cleaning staff should have noticed the door didn’t work if they had cleaned the shower."

"This is a very nice hotel with very pretty rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 am to clean when check out wasn’t until 11. "
