"I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, buthe room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and weĺl stocked with shampoo, body wash, ect . and the bed aws clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay."

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "

"My stay at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive, respectful and friendly. The room itself was clean and the housekeeping was attentive and professional. I especially loved the gym, nice size with everything you need for a good workout. Te only complaint I have was my water was sometimes lukewarm- I don’t know if it was because of the high occupant but other than that no complaint. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers."

"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "

"My room had a smell it smelled like mildew . Like the carpet was shampoo & didn't dry well. The door to the refrigerator was broke. No blackout curtain . Shower needs to be address because water gets on the floor. "

"When we checked in the valet, Anthony, was excellent!! Very helpful even though we self parked. The check-in was slow and eventually disappointing. There was one person answering the phone (taking a reservation while we waited). She took our license plate number so that we could go in and out of the garage anytime, and the gate would automatically go up plus we get a dicounted rate. We didn't go out until departure and then found she never passed on the plate number to the garage. We paid full price rather further delay our departure. Other than her, the stay was excellent!!! Would we go back? Maybe. "

"Breakfast was an add on we didn't choose. Staff wasn't as sharp mor friendly as they should be. Called our room at 9:00 PM to ask our name? Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. "
